Nach eingehender Vorbereitung am Vortag ist das Team am 17. Mai 2014 in aller Fr\u00fche nach Leverkusen aufgebrochen, um dort ein Cafe zu renovieren, welches regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ein Treffpunkt f\u00fcr an Demenz erkrankte Menschen ist. Es hat uns viel Freude bereitet dieses Cafe zu renovieren. Besonders, weil die Leiterin des Demenzcafes mit Ihrem Team hervorragende Vorarbeit leisteten. Zur St\u00e4rkung wurde sogar Kuchen f\u00fcr uns gebacken.
